Iron Tide Command asks you to think a few turns ahead, which is more than most mobile strategy games manage. You build fleets, guard trade routes, and outmaneuver an AI that genuinely punishes greedy expansion. I lost my first three campaigns and enjoyed every collapse.
The interface deserves a mention. Everything important is one tap away, and the map never feels cramped on a phone. Dragging fleets around and queuing orders is smooth, and you can pause to plan whenever you like.
It's not the flashiest game here, but it scratched an itch I usually reserve for desktop strategy. The learning curve is steep, so the built-in tutorials are worth the time.
