Sprout Street

Sprout Street is comfort food. You inherit a run-down little street and slowly bring it back to life, planting gardens, opening shops, and coaxing new neighbors to move in. There's no pressure and no failure state, just steady, gentle progress.

The tap-to-build interface is friendly and forgiving, and I liked that decorating actually matters for how residents feel. It's the sort of game you check a few times a day and always leave a bit calmer.

It runs long on patience and short on surprises, so it won't grab everyone. But as a wind-down game before bed, it earns its place on my home screen.
